In consideration for the Kitesurfing, Paddleboarding and Surfing services, the renting of equipment, the use of the facilities, ground school, instruction, premises, and equipment of MAURICIO VEGA doing business as MEXICAN CARIBBEAN KITESURF (or MCKITESURF), as well as during the transportation between kiteboarding or paddleboarding locations to practice such activities:

I, the customer, understand and agree to this RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK , and the following terms:

• I understand that Kiteboarding, Paddleboarding and Surfing (The Activities) have inherent dangers that no amount of care, instruction, or expertise can totally eliminate. I expressly ASSUME ALL RISK of personal injury while participating in The Activities.
  
• I RELEASE AND DISCHARGE MEXICAN CARIBBEAN KITESURF from any liability, claims, or demands that I may have for injuries, disability, or damages arising out of my participation in The Activities.
  
• I WILL NOT SUE OR MAKE A CLAIM against Mexican Caribbean Kitesurf's Instructors for damages or other losses sustained as a result of my participation in The Activities.
  
• I agree that I will operate Kiteboarding, Paddleboarding or Surfing equipment reasonably and safely so as not to endanger the lives of persons or property of any individual.
  
• This agreement shall continue so long as I engage in The Activities with Mexican Caribbean Kitesurf.
  
• I am at least 18 years of age, or that as the parent or legal guardian, I waive and release any legal rights that may accrue to my minor child or to me while engaging in the Activities.
